Child Safety Standards

1. Strict Minor Access Restrictions (18+)

CrushUp is an adult dating service. We enforce rigorous age verification barriers during registration and profile creation. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or access our services.

2. Prohibited Material & Exploitation

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
• Child grooming, predatory solicitation, or sharing of any underage sexual content.
• Any depiction or discussion that harms or exploits children.

3. Automated Screening & Human Review

We implement automated content moderation filters across text messages, bios, and image uploads to detect and block prohibited signals. Content flagged for child safety is treated as Critical Priority for immediate investigation.

4. Law Enforcement & NCMEC Escalation

In accordance with global child safety laws, whenever child exploitation material or predatory behavior is identified, we immediately preserve necessary evidence securely, terminate the offending account, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
