1. Agreement to Terms
By registering, accessing, or using CrushUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our application.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use CrushUp. Misrepresenting your age is a material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination.
3. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policies
CrushUp strictly prohibits any of the following behavior and user-generated content:
- Child Exploitation & CSAM: Absolute zero tolerance. Any depiction, solicitation, or discussion of child sexual abuse material will result in an immediate permanent ban and referral to legal authorities and NCMEC.
- Sexually Explicit Media / Nudity: Public profile photos must not contain nudity or graphic sexual material.
- Harassment & Bullying: Threatening, stalking, defaming, or intimidating other members is strictly forbidden.
- Commercial Sexual Services & Scams: Paid escort solicitation, prostitution, cryptocurrency scams, or commercial advertisements are forbidden.
- Impersonation & Fake Profiles: Creating accounts using photos or identities of other individuals without authorization.
4. Moderation & Termination
CrushUp reserves the right to review, moderate, remove content, or suspend/ban accounts that violate these Terms or threaten community safety.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
VIP subscriptions and Boosts provide access to enhanced features. All purchases are processed securely through authorized billing providers in compliance with platform rules.
